My Tasks + Role as Your Virtual Assistant for Your Glow Workshop

I am thrilled to help you grow your business through Glow Workshops!
Each event can vary in sales depending on various factors.
With 8+ years of experience running online events, I’ve learned some key details that help make these workshops as successful as possible.

Below is a list of my tasks and role as your virtual assistant during the Glow Workshop.

My Services

01. Custom Graphics for the Event
I love to personalize each Glow Workshop. This makes for a more intimate experience for the hostess and guests.

02. Hostess Communication + Training
Communicating with the hostess and training them on how to host a party is important for a successful workshop!

03. Run + Manage the Event
From setting up the event, to posting, to engaging — I handle these tasks to create a successful experience and take the work off your plate.

Breakdown of My Virtual Assistant Services for Glow Workshops:

  • Create Facebook Event

  • Message the hostess(es) with verbiage for inviting, and create graphics to help with inviting.
    (If it’s a team Glow Workshop, I will also interact with the team in a Facebook Messenger chat to offer tips, send inviting verbiage, and keep everyone informed of important event details.)

  • Create Custom Event Graphics

  • Schedule event posts

  • Friend Request + Message Guests on Day One and Day Four (per Glow Workshop checklist)
    (This applies to single-customer-host events only — not multi-host team events.)

  • Check in with Hostess(es) on Day Three to see if there is anything else they would like to highlight.

  • Post “Thank You” Posts When Guests Place an Order
    (For single-customer-host events, I will post personalized thank-you messages. For team multi-host events, I will post a general “thank you” post that consultant hostesses can use to tag their guests.)

  • Pick Giveaway Winners + Announce Them
    (Then notify the consultant or team hostess.)

What You as the Consultant Will Do Throughout the Event:

  • Message guests after receiving their skincare results

  • Send the winners their giveaway prizes

  • Fill out the Corporate Glow Workshop Form and send it to corporate to receive the voucher for the hostess
